LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT – ELEVATE WELLNESS CIRCLE

This Liability Waiver & Release Agreement (“Waiver”) applies to all participants of the Integrated Gentle Reset (“Programme”) offered by Elevate Wellness Circle.  

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out below.

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Programme is entirely voluntary, self-directed, and undertaken at my own discretion.  

I understand that I am free to pause, discontinue, or stop participation at any time.

2. PROGRAMME CONTENT

I acknowledge that the Programme provides:

• Internal Stability Framework™ — a structured weekly system that provides a clear path to steadier emotions and a more grounded inner experience  

• Daily Emotional Anchors — daily messages thoughtfully written to bring encouragement, support, and perspective into your daily routine

• Internal Shifts Log — a recurring 4-week checkpoint tool to track your evolving emotional and mental patterns throughout the programme  

• Ongoing Practice Log — a continuation version provided at the programme’s conclusion for you to stay attuned to your inner world and maintain emotional alignment

All materials and experiences provided within the Programme are educational, motivational, and reflective in nature only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or address any medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health condition.

3. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

I understand and acknowledge that the Programme does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counselling, diagnostic, or crisis-intervention services. The Programme is not a substitute for professional healthcare, mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I accept full responsibility for my own wellbeing, emotional responses, interpretations, decisions, actions, and experiences arising from my participation in the Programme. This responsibility includes any continued or ongoing use of Programme materials or reflective tools beyond the 52-week Programme period.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that engaging with reflective wellbeing content may evoke thoughts, emotions, memories, or personal insights. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participation in the Programme, including emotional discomfort or personal reactions, and agree to engage at my own pace and discretion.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Elevate Wellness Circle, its founder, creator, affiliates, contractors, employees, and associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Programme or use of its materials. This release applies to claims arising during and after participation in the Programme.

7. NO GUARANTEES

I understand and acknowledge that individual experiences vary and that no specific emotional, mental, or wellbeing outcomes or improvements are promised or guaranteed.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in the Programme, I confirm that:  

• I have read and understood this Liability Waiver & Release Agreement  

• I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms  

• I accept full responsibility for my participation and any outcomes, experiences, or interpretations resulting from it  

• I am of legal age in my country of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and assume the associated responsibilities.
