LIABILITY WAIVER — ELEVATE WELLNESS CIRCLE

This Liability Waiver & Release Agreement (“Waiver”) applies to all participants of the 52-Week Gentle Reset Programme (“Programme”) offered by Elevate Wellness Circle.

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out below.

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Programme is entirely voluntary, self-directed, and undertaken at my own discretion.

I understand that I am free to pause, discontinue, or stop participation at any time.

2. PROGRAMME CONTENT

--------------------------------------

I acknowledge that the Programme provides:

• Written educational and wellbeing content  

• Daily emotional anchors  

• Reflective tools, including the Internal Shifts Log and its Ongoing Practice version  

All materials are educational, motivational, and reflective in nature only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or address any medical, psychological, or mental health condition.

3. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

I understand and acknowledge that the Programme does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counselling, diagnostic, or crisis-intervention services.

The Programme is not a substitute for professional healthcare, mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

--------------------------------------

I accept full responsibility for my own wellbeing, emotional responses, interpretations, decisions, actions, and experiences arising from my participation in the Programme.

This responsibility includes any continued or ongoing use of Programme materials or reflective tools beyond the 52-week Programme period.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that engaging with reflective wellbeing content may evoke thoughts, emotions, memories, or personal insights.

I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participation in the Programme, including emotional discomfort or personal reactions, and agree to engage at my own pace and discretion.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

--------------------------------------

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Elevate Wellness Circle, its owner, creator, affiliates, contractors, employees, and associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Programme or use of its materials.

This release applies to claims arising during and after participation in the Programme.

7. NO GUARANTEES

I understand and acknowledge that individual experiences vary and that no specific outcomes, results, changes, or improvements are promised or guaranteed.

8. ACCEPTANCE

--------------------------------------

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in the Programme, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this Liability Waiver & Release Agreement  

• I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms  

• I accept full responsibility for my participation and any outcomes, experiences, or interpretations resulting from it
